Trust me, Im a heavy smoker. Just not cigarettes.

But it is impossible to dispute the fact that any ignited or burned substance, passively or actively ignited (because technically hookah should boil the sugary coating, whether it is molasses or honey) will contribute positively to you.

This coming from a habitual smoker. Im on your side, trust me.

It does contribute to you positively. I enjoy smoking hookah. I see what you're saying but I think you mean from a health standpoint it doesn't make you physically better in any way. Psychologically though, I'd say it helps.

I tried the starbuzz with a phunnel last night...Even with synthetic quik lites....Very very good. The other night we had 4 coals on there and not 1 hint of ash ever.

Any quick lighting coal has too many chemicals in it... Learn to use a stove. Which, I mean, I am sure most of you got covered, but actually use it haha... Better coals are nice.

I like it straight and simple usually... I dont like doing different fluids in the bottom because its a bitch to clean. Sugars just stick in there, it sucks. I just remembered I have a brand new hookah I never used that has skeletons carved into the vertical... Anyone got some sick hookahs? Ill try to get a pic sometime...

That is starbuzz with a phunnel and ice water in the bottom. I used quik lites and the smoke was very decent. Would be a lot better with some natural coals like the guy above me said

^ How big is yours I get good smoke out of my smaller hookah I posted a few pages back. So much of it has to do with the head, shisha, and coals.

What kind of stuff do you use, any pics?

i bought a baby 9" off ebay,single hose,insta light coals and



maybe im just not too good at setting it up,who knows.

Is it sealing properly? I tried one of the stainles steel trays with the holes pre poked and there was almost no smoke. I had to go back to foil.

I use foil on top. and yeah its sealing,maybe it was just not a good day,ive been meaning to check over it but havent had time. Ive run water through my hose and stuff and nothing is leaking anywhere.

i need to practice setting up my phunnel bowl....from what i hear it's amazing but i can't get awesome smoke

also, anyone else notice it sucks smoking out of hookahs that aren't set up properly once you know how to do it right?

That is true.

me and my friend are looking into getting a bigger bowl. ( i guess thats what its called or head) Its not big enough and the shisha always gets burnt.
