Steve93talon does. He's on the PhillyDSM site. He tuned my car and it made 672 awhp. He's damn good. If you want him to do it you'll have to reimburse him for his time and gas. We have a tuning date set up on Nov 21st for my car. Get in touch with me if you're interested and I can put you in touch with him.
