there was a nice red mr2 that caught on fire this afternoon. looked to be around a 93 but i don't know mr2s that well. it looked like it had a fmic.

anyone on here?

I'd be surprised to see a fmic on an mr2 since its mid engine but I guess its possible.

No one I know. I don't see too many. I am guessing it was an SW20/21 chassis?

(ot, I didn't see your car at the track last night...? Just an oversight on my part?)

i didn't see yours either, i showed up around 6 stayed till 10.

i was confused by the front mount too, maybe i was wrong, i didn't get to much of a chance to look.

Front mounts are possible.

Hell, look at some other MR's. They run radiators up front. Why not throw an FMIC up there too?

I had the red 240 coupe with the front mount.

i wish it was mine that blew up...

but nah, thats defintily sad, those cars are pretty difficult to come by these days in good condition. as far as FMIC go on MR2's theres only been two cars with front mounted intercoolers...the piping would have to be run straight back through the inside of the car. heres one of the two MR2's running FMIC:
