Ugh, what a shameful display of drifting....a real slap in the face to the OG's that have been running the show there for years.

It was a Gymkhana event. A timed drift/autocross course. If you were expecting a drifting event, then I see why you say that.

Huh? There was a full on drifting session on Saturday... They mostly sucked.. But you surely can't confuse attempted drifting w/ autocross.

before they drifted infront of the big crowd on saturday they had gymkhana on the same track. most of the drifters competed in that too. from what i understand they completely negated the results and then had sunday's gymkhana as the official one. the drifting was for non-pro drivers who wanted seat time.

i wanted to do the saturday gymkhana but i dont own a helmet so it was a no go for me...

i'm sure the OGs can appreciate noobs gettin their skills honed legally. besides, for as unorganized as it was, it turned out pretty decent IMO

sucks about the rain, I heard the atlanta wasnt that good and now there moving the miami to indoor. Im gonna check that one out
