last night on got pulled over in maywood, nj on route 17.. the cop pulled me over.. i put my dome light on and rolled my windows down.. he asked me a couple of questions of how i got my FOP windshield badge and i was told to get out of the car.. he told me he pulled me over for my loud exhaust.. he then asked if i had any weapons, drugs, or anything illegal on me or in the car i said no... he then patted me down and told me to go sit in the back seat of his car.. then him and his buddy started going inside my car searching through everything trying to get something on me.. the thing is i never consented to a search inside my vehicle.. when he asked me if i had anything illegal ON me i just put my hands up and gave him the gesture that he could search ME but i never said they could search my car.. so is that a lawsuit right there because there was no probable cause to search my car.. nothing in plain view.. this was also around 2am
