I don't like the cards, they don't diffuse the light enough, especially outdoors for $7-$15 i will buy something that works better.

are you going to be there friday?
if it doesnt rain or snow or anything gay like that i'm going as long as i can get out of work early.
they have me scheduled till 930 and its an hour drive so i'm trying to peace at 730 instead.

Grab your tripod, set it up, do some HDRing. Grab images of the same thing at different exposures, check out the HDR thread here. Combine & tone map ... profit!

i understand HDR as far as combining multiple exposures, but im not 100% sure how to do it.
i've read over some tutorials and tried it but in all honesty, i have no idea what i'm doing.

I would tell you a command to use in photoshop but I can't even find it now. I know that in CS2 there is like an HDR thingy that you can click then you import 3 or more pictures and photoshop does all the work.

found it... File -> automate -> merge to HDR

You either need to use a program like photomatix or use the tools that photoshop offers.

The image is actually two images merged
Sky and ice image is 15s f22 iso 100
Grass image is 30s f10 iso 100

Yeah limewire is the best... I'd give you CS2, but I have no idea how to transfer from one computer to another.
