NJ Inspection-Check Engine Light = Fail But What About ABS Light?

OK I replaced the upstream 02 sensor and got rid of teh CEL light but I still have this ABS light on. It started when I drove ot home from the tranny shop with a donut on it. Well anyway, will NJ DMV automatically fail my car for the ABS light?
*UPDATE!* Yeah! It passed! WooHoo! Pretty funny considering it was puffing smoke like crazy! No more 2500 miles a month om my WRX which gets 17 MPG! WooHOO!

You have 2 different diameter tires causing 1 to spin slightly faster and the ABS sensors are reading the gears out on the axles at different speeds. That causes the ABS system to fault and either flash or stay on...

As soon as you have 2 close to the same diameter tires on the light will go away.
