plasti dipping my car a new color....

Hi all,

as you may already know I'm not from this side of the pond, so i don't really know the full extent of vehcle law, so here is my question.

i want to plasti dip my car a new color, do i have to tell anyone, DMV, insurance etc?

In the Uk we would have to fill out a form and sent it to the DVLA (UK DMV) this would change the color on the V5 (title) but what do I have to here?

thanks
jp
