Spooled Rabbit Tri-State Training Wheels Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Ewing, NJ Member #527 My Ride: 03 20th Anniversary Gti #2202 iTrader: (0)	Radar vs. Vascar I was pulled over in Pa. and I was on the highway, then the cop pulled me over and said he clocked me on radar doing 75 in a 55, but he wasn't a state trooper and on the ticket he checked off vascar. I always thought that in the state of Pennsylvania only State Police were allowed to use radar. Do I stand a chance in getting out of this melay?
