Hey, I live in PA and my car is already registered here. However, I'm going to be turning my car into a primarily track car, only driving it to events and back. Could there be any repercussions from me registering my car from a state that doesn't have emissions or inspection?

Non-resident vehicles are exempt from registration but if you get cited for a non PA registered vehicle you have to prove that you are a non resident or else the violation stands

So yes you can get cited for driving a out of state registered car while residing in PA
