Don't have his number and I've never actually spoken to him off the site except for that one time at the shoot at CP

Pretty much. It's my EDC, so it already has it's share of marks but I still would like to prevent any more.

I'm going to tell you that it's a carry gun and it's meant to be worn. Lol. I understand tho, perhaps a nice 1911?

What are you using to carry your EDC right now? I had a serpa for my first Glock, the wear was pretty bad but that's cause i got the holster dirty and never cleaned it. I carry my work gun in a level 3 serpa and it shows extremely little wear.Ive got 1000s of draws from it,but i try to keep it pretty clean.

My EDC/BUG/Off duty is a Glock 27. It had wear when I bought it but hasn't had much since. I've been carrying it in a Desantis pocket holster since I've been wearing shorts. When I wear pants with smaller pockets it's usually in a supertuck.

I've seen skme videos on YouTube of people using felt and moleskin to line their own holsters. Perhaps you could take a look at that.

My 27 with the pocket holester.

I'm gonna take you can't fit the kimber in a pocket. Id look at doing a
Felt lining on a cheap kydex holster and see how you like it. The wear won't go away completely but you could really minimize it. That or suck it up,lol.

Haha, I know. Well from what I remember, that holster wasn't very expensive (like around $50) and it had decent retention capabilities.

Yeah. I have a supertuck deluxe that I will carry with most of the time, I just want to have another option if I decide to OC that day.

Brian, hit Steve up, he had a custom kydex one made for his usp-t from a local guy, I tried it out and it is VERY nice, and not too expensive from what I remember him saying.

Yup.

NFA guys, on a rifle, how much barrel do you need to sacrifice to have it threaded for a suppressor?

Bravo concealment makes some awesome kydex holsters that are great for competition

Bladetech has some okay holsters for competition that are affordable and offer quick draw speed.

What do you plan on having threaded? They shouldn't have to cut the barrel at all just thread it.
