There are a million cheap aftermarket springs and exhausts for wrx/sti, just two really expensive ones for the Forester.

Would like some sway bars too.

I'm hoping to start simple.

Almost everything thats on an STi can be bolted into the Forester turbo.
The turbo, tmic, ecu...
It has the same semi-closed 2.5 motor with AVCS that the STi has also.

Cobb Tuning has swaybars and endlinks for the Forester.

Thanks! I've only just started searching and this is great stuff here. I've be mostly concentrating on procuring a Forester and the stuff I've read on subaruforester.org makes it seem as if there really isn't that much.

This is great.

I'm sure that the internals can stand the boost from a swapped on VF43.

I've decided today its got enough power for me. I'm very happy with its performance and I'm a pretty minimalist kind of person.

I also like the fact that I have ample time before boost kicks in so if I want to save gas I can.

If I had the time/money/energy... But I don't.

I'm looking for a few simple exhaust and suspension mods. Probably, come summer, better tires and maybe new wheels.
