"Beebo" Evo VIII BBK full + full bolts ons + E85 = 447/393

Bought my Evo that was pratically bone stock in November '10. My last car was a stock '99 Civic so I figured a stock Evo wouldn't need mods to be fun. Well that lasted like a week until I started to order parts. It's become quite a money pit now! A buddy of mine has been nice enough to do most of the work with me helping with what I can. Fortunately, I am almost to my goal...I hope!!!

This is what I currently have as far as power/performance up to date:

Suspension/bracing/bushings:

Whiteline 24mm rear sway
Whiteline rear strut brace
Whiteline rear diff bushings
Whiteline rear bump steer bushings
RS trunk bar
AMS motor mounts - front and both sides
Buschur under hood/under console bushings
Torque Solutions driveshaft bushings
Swift Sport springs on stock KYB's

Power/Drivetrain

GSC S2 cams/springs/retainers
Megan Racing TBE
Cobb intake
Spoolin' Up COP
Map LICP
ETS 3.5" intercooler
MR DV
Walbro 255
Competition stage 3.5
ACT Prolite flywheel
STM SS clutch line
Clutch pill delete
GM 3 port boost selenoid
CBRD tuned 305/295 @24psi (mustang dyno)

And some non-peformance/power:

Rally Armor mud flaps
Black vortex generator
Rexpeed hood vent
Rexpeed side spats
Black trunk badge
Prosport CF hood dampers
AEM digital wideband
AEM digital boost guage
Tint - 25% rear, 35% front
JDM tails
HID headlight conversion 6k
Ebay front lip in black
Greddy Turbo Timer

I have also used some dry CF wrap on my wing insert, side spats, interior trim as well as black sueded on the pillars. A bit ricey but I love the way it looks! Plus I re-painted the once pinkish Brembo's to black.

Soon I will be having my next round of mods ready to put on once I am done hoarding them. This is what I am going with:

BBK full ported
Tubular exhaust mani
Intake mani
1000cc injectors
Headstuds
Synapse DV
UICP
18" rims/tires

I will post pics at some point when i quit being a lazy bum

How do you like the Comp Stage 3.5 clutch? Have you done any launching with it?

So far so good. Sucks pulling out and going in reverse, especially with the lightweight flywheel. Other than that, shifts smooth, grabs good, zero lockout. Have not launched it.

El oh El at the CF Stanker.

Love the build, dude. Pretty much what I had planned for when I was in the Evo market.

Good choice with CBRD, you cant go wrong with going to them!!!

Yea Chad is def a class act. Went to him in August of last year for a tune and a few things put on. We hung out in his shop for a good 1 1/2 hours when I went to pick up my Evo. He was very helpful with any and all questions that my buddy and I had. Plus the shop is f'in immaculate! Def looking forward to adding these parts to get another 100+ whp!

Hate to see it, but this car was tuned at CBRD with awful results and was just re-tuned at PSI.

CBRD has been slippin' up lately.

Hmmmm not sure what to make of this CBRD talk! I def trust Chad with my Evo. I know he's very conservative with his tuning.

I was expecting more as well. It was hot as hell and it was getting a lot of knock.

Got a few things to add to my build including a 93/E85 tune.

Parts installed - Rotorpros slotted rotors, Hankook V12's, Redline armrest cover/shifter boot/e-brake boot, Flossy knob, Mitsu 4 bar map sensor, Perrin PSRS.

Parts to be installed - Redline steering wheel cover, Blackcat gauges, APR rear bumper diffuser, Carbing 6 point (going to refinish this part since it's a bit beat up).

I'll throw up some pics eventually.

And the tune from PSI PROformance

E85 - 447/393
93 - 413/360

Been thinking about those redline pieces since my car is an rs and a little short on luxuries. Can't wait for the pics.
