Subie Crash in Frazer - Tractor Trailer On Top...
 EAST WHITELAND TWP., Pa. - November 14, 2011 (WPVI) -- An overturned tractor trailer has shut down both the on and off ramp from Route 202 to the 30 bypass in Chester County. Crash on Rt. 202 ramp to 30 Bypass The view from Chopper 6 HD showed there was a black car partially underneath the trailer, which had flipped over. The cab of the truck had flipped over a guard rail. All traffic is exiting the 30 bypass to Route 30. Drivers traveling on Route 202 cannot exit to 30 West according to Chester County officials. Very tough to tell but looks like an RS. Guy forgot that those civics in FandF were much lower and must've flipped the truck when he tried to go under it to switch lanes.
