Saw this about a half an hour ago. Had white EP3 Si wheels (I think, maybe fit wheels or something similar). JDM front end with HID's and some kind of lip. Had 94-97 tails with a 98-00 rear bumper and was lowered with an exhaust. Younger white guy driving it. Anyone here?

Hope he keeps it locked up tight, if he's got 05 ep3 si wheels that are 5 lug, those conversions go for a lot of american dollhairs
