VASCAR clarification per sticky thread

so if the trooper in control of BOTH measurement VASCAR devices in this ridiculous system, how is that court-admissible? hypothertically, he/she could just trip the timer/distance measurement switch at any time and make it look like speeding, right? at least with radar you get an measurement trooper can't influence... or am i missing something?

Yes the officer controls the timing. The system is really easy to use, just enter the distance being traveled, when you past the first point click switch on, when you past the second click it off. Its not as if there is a lot that can be messed up in the whole process, its just a math equation based upon how fast you cover a certain distance. If your asking if the switch can just be clicked fast to make you do 215mph in a 25 sure, but we don't need to "make" you speed, if you speed well get you legit.
