Nope just go to the listed website and it guides you through. Much easier and faster then mailing it in...

That should do it.

Contact the DMV to ensure you got credit for taking the defensive driving course. They should also be able to advise how many points you have, etc.

If they can't do it, send me a PM and Ill help you out...
