Does MD tickets have to show equipment used and date tested for speeding offenses?

I received a speeding ticket in MD (I am a PA resident) and my question is: Does the MD speeding ticket have to show: what equipment was used for speed, id number, and/or a calibration date? I know this was on every ticket I have received in PA.

Thanks in advance,
Jeremy
