So i'm getting ready to tear down the Eclipse for the winter. I've decided i'm going to see what we can get out of the 16g...atleast for the very beginning of the '12 season. Going to lighten the car some more, forged motor, Curt Brown race head, IPT restalled converter, Tial external wastegate, and some nitrous. Looking to see if we can crack some 10s on boost alone......maybe mid 10s on spray. Lofty goals, but we're going to throw everything we've got at it. The 16g record is 9.975....I've got no shot at hitting that. That car weighed around 2k w/ driver....lol.

After a couple track days, i'll swap out turbos for the Precision 6262 and throw on the JMF Drag manifold and see what she's got in her.

Almost put this in the wrong build thread!

Doing some work on the harness....getting rid of wires not in use, rerouting others, and splicing in my SD plugs.

At times like this, winter is too long. I've got the head out to Curt Brown and everything else is here...new 6262, Kelford 280s, built block, etc. Just need to finish the diet for the car and weld in the cage. Hopefully spring comes early this year....

Still collecting parts at this point. Chromoly front crossmember arrived as well as the Billet 6262. Pretty much waiting on Curt to get me the head back and i'll get back into build mode. Also hoping that the guy who built this crossmember will finish the tubular k-member soon so that I can get the car back together completely. Until then, back to cutting weight out....
