Careless Driving Points

Got a ticket today for careless driving. Never had a ticket before and not sure what to do. I spun tires a little bit leaving a redlight. Didn't mean it but the cop was being an ass. He was literally next to me at the light. Why would I want to get pulled over. Anyway. I will don't mind paying but, how do i find out what points are involved.

On a side note... The cop told me to go buy a honda so it won't peel out... And he came to my window with his gun out. Is he allowed to? My windows are not tinted very dark or anything.

hey, well in NJ the ticket is 2 points, I am not sure what Pa is. Go to court and maybe they can reduce it to something with no points. In nj, A cop can draw his weapon like that. It is quicker to act, then react in a situation. If i have a car stop, and I am buy myself, maybe its dark out, or a bad neighnorhood, or i get a bad feeling, i will draw it and walk up the vehicle with it in my hand, but behind my leg, so usually the driver cant notice.
