Blacked out truck with cameras parked on shoulder of highway?
he was parked right after a bend/blind corner, so if he was grabbing speeders he could make a killing. i've seen the cameras on marked patrol cars and always thought they were just for running tags. (same as the ones on parking wars). so was he out there getting speeders, who will get a ticket in the mail or were they out there just running tags, waiting for a certain car/violations? |

Those cameras appear to be plate readers. Basically it would travel up and down streets reading tags. Never seen them them parked like that but there's nothing to say that's not what was going on.
