I wouldn't say that, just cause he was speeding doesn't mean he was racing. People go flying up 95, or any highway for that matter, just because they can at times. No one here knows what happened, I wouldn't get into. I just hope it was no one on here, and it's really unfortunate that four people lost their lives in this as a result whatever the cause may be.

A high rate of speed is relative and somewhat a matter of opinion. If someone is driving 65mph in a 65mph zone...clearly not speeding, and they get into an accident...I would still consider that a high rate of speed. No one said they were exceeding the speed limit as of yet.
