I was wondering if anybody wanted to post any type of injuries they have had. I'm not talking about anything personal...only "cool injuries"

I've had:
Stitches in the head from running into a wall
Stitches in the thumb from a can of soup
Where you trying to twist the top of the can off cause that happened to me and I needed stitches.
I had stitches in the top of my head when I was little.
Stitches on my chin when I fell on cement when I was 3-4.
Broken arm because of bmx.
Broken tooth cause of skateboarding.

My little brother threw a rock at me when we were younger (less than 10 years old). It hit my head, but I only got one stitch. But I didn't have to go the hospital because my mom's a doctor.

I broke my right fibula at football practice. At the time I was 130 tops, and I went up against a lineman who was 350 at least and he fell on my leg. 6 months and 100lbs later I was fine though.

When I was little I stabbed my cousin in the head with a fork, he ran around the house with it in his forehead for a few minutes it was hilarious. I got some new chin and knee skin from a bmx ramp that i took at about 25 mph down a hill and landed waay wrong on. my friends all say I was two stories up.
my lip has been open way too many times to count from wrestling. my forehead also from football has been open alot.

Oh god... um.

-Slipped pulling a friend down a hill sledding, she was riding one of those old school sleds with the metal blades. Yeah, hit me square between the eyes, should have gotten stitches but it the roads were too bad to go in.
-Poolside faceplant when I was 7, 7 stitches in the chin
-Got hit in the eye with a hockey puck, 4 stitches down the corner of my left eye (that HURT coming out)
-Sprained pretty much every joint on my arms and legs at least once.
-Tore all 4 muscles making up my shoulder cuff, that was a good time.

No broken bones or concussions for me though, which is really amazing considering what I used to do lol.

1) I broke my leg after squirming my way off the changing table when I was really young. Supposedly I didnt even cry, my parents didnt figure it out till the next day that it was broken.

2) Alpine slide at camel back (long ass cement half pipe going down a mountain on a special sled, fun as hell) going way to fast around a corner the sled slipped out from under me and I landed on the cement and slid a few feet. Got some awesome road rash on my forarms. That was fun.

3) Me and my sister built this huge wooden go cart and was pushing me down a hill the steering locked up and flipped the thing leaving a scare on my elbow.

4) First time changing the oil in my first car (1984 pontiac sunbird) loosening the drain bolt. The thing wouldnt come off, eventually I got it off and wacked my hand on something resulting on a rather large chunk of skin to be loose on my wrist. I thought I was gonna pass out. Still have a nasty scar from it.

Broke my foot playing football. I walked on it for a day and a half because the er said it was a sprain.

Have a 2inch scar on my elbow from a piece of glass(no stiches).

Got a 3inch hook stuck all the way in my middle finger. They had to pull it through and cut off the point/barbs to pull it out. 2 stiches(even though I refused them).

2inch cut around my pointer finger that I did while cutting something with a steak knife. Lotsa blood and cool stuff hanging out of my finger. I refused to go to the hospital for stiches. My dad told me I had 2 options, 1 go to the hospital or 2 get a stich from him with a sewing needle and thread. I called his bluff and have a stich from my dad.

Made the end of my middle finger look like hamburger meat due to a chainsaw. Wrapped it up and didn't go to the hospital for a few days. It started to get infected. They had to cut dead skin off of my finger.

Seperated my growthplate in my wrist while taking the facemask off another kid in hs football. Was told to be out 6-8weeks I threw my note away and kept playing.

Numerous broken noses, which has lead me to have a deviated septum that looks like I have a boogie in my nose.

Had my ball from my eyebrow ring go into my skin. That was cool popping it back out!

All my knuckles look humongous from all the sprains/breaks/jams over the years. I say there ribbed for her pleasure.

Was wrestling with my brother and he pushed me on to the corner of a wooden table. Which then proceeded to go throgh my ear and hit my head. Two scars for the price of one! No stiches!

Theres probably more but its early, I think of some more later.

many years ago after being arrested and taken home i punched the front steel door to my house and broke 3 nuckles...then went inside punched a wood door and left a imprint of one of my knuckles in it.

Lessons learned:

1. Don't drive while .26 in car with 300hp
2. Don't punch stuff

I've smashed my eyebrow on a door knob and it pretty much blew apart.
Got bit in the lip by my dog and got some stiches
Burnt the **** outta my arm on a go kart muffler
Broke my wrist snowboarding

The worst was probably the backflip I tried snowboarding, all didn't go so well and I landed upside down on my head. I tore something in my chest and couldn't sneeze or sleep on my chest for months. Never went to the doctor though cause I was scared.

i never broke any bones, however, 3 days ago i was cutting an exhaust off of an integra with a grinder (mind you that the car was on a lift above my head ) as i made my way through about half the pipe pinched and threw the grinder into my head. damn near knocked me out. so im on my hands and knees because my glasses were tossed when i got hit, and thats when the niagra falls of blood started pouring out of my head.

In short, i should of used a sawzaw, and im really really really lucky i didn't lose an eye or two.

Fell from my mountain bike at around 40mph, ended up getting stitched/bandaged up in 7 different areas. Fun.

Broken both ankles more than once.

Broken a few fingers.

Stitches in chin from falling from my old BMX bike.

Burnt all the hair off of my right arm lighting the grill, and it grew back in two colors. My arm is half black hair and half blond now.

Knee surgery from cross country running in high school.

And I got shot about 15 times.

Aside from my previously mentioned leg injury, I've been stitched up,and should have been stitched up more times than I can remember.

The scariest injury that could have been really bad...I was changing a motor mount in the Jeep. I hooked the engine hoist to the right-side cylinder head via a Grade 8 bolt and lifted just enough to take the load off the mount. I had just leaned over the fender to start removing the mount when the bolt holding the hoist hook let go, and the hook for the hoist 'hooked' me just above my left eye. I had a clean slice under my eyebrow the length of the brow.

So, then I'm in the bathroom looking in the mirror(Pam is freaking out "OMG,OMG, we have to get to the ER and get that stitched")
Pam can't look at that kind of stuff, meanwhile I was poking at it saying "thats my skull! that is so f'n cool!"

Alcohol in the cut, some butterflies, a few shots of Jack for the pain....The mount was done an hour later.
