I know you were messing around, and it was a good guess going along the lines of cobra+x5=I guess an M5 (it's the closest bmw hybrid mix ). I'm actually looking in to a new C6, it's 0% financing (0 down/72 months, free money) on all leftovers, and they are marking them down to below invoice , were talking $10-15,000 off sticker. But at this rate, insurance will be as much as the car payment and there is no way in hell I'm doing that. I'm waiting for a couple of other companies to get back to me before I make up my mind.

EDIT: Speaking of the devil, Progressive just got back to me. $4108/6 months.

This blows.

The Z06 is out of my price range, cheapest USED one I can find is low 60's, and insurance would probably be double what it is for the normal C6.

For just the X5 is $1400/year, full coverage, and there's a beater car on there too.

thought about it long and hard, test drove a couple, liked them, but I'm worried how good they are on spray, don't want one. Don't get me wrong, they are awesome cars and I was literally seconds from buying one a couple of months ago. I just couldn't bring myself to it, and after thinking about it, would rather a car with just two seats.
