Ken, re your wire running, that's the nice thing about your style house is that you can access from above and below. Our house is slab on grade so it's a real problem to run things and I basically have to run up through the attic and garage attic. It was an unbelievable pita but I got cat5 running to most rooms as well as coax. If you don't already have it, buy the little (but expensive ) fiberglass poles they have in the electrical department at lowes or HD. They are *extremely* helpful.

You need FIOS man. That and my usenet account and I download tv at over 2MB (as in megabytes) per second. I can get full HD episodes in only a couple minutes. So sweet.

im thinking of going apple tv.. onlything thing is... 720p. Probably wont notice too much a difference anyways... ?

Yeah I bought my plasma a long time ago so it's only 720p/1080i. I can tell the difference but it's still such a step up from a standard 27" CRT that I love it anyway.
