Its not really an oral fixation for me. I crave the feeling of the smoke going down my throat.. a toothpick doesnt really help me. Ive tried replacing cigarettes with joints while quitting, but that just causes me to go thru way more green stuff, and it doesnt really satisfy the nicotine urge. Plus the thing i want most after a joint... is a cig. I think if i get something to satisfy my brains nicotine craving (like gum), that a joint may actually do the trick for getting rid of the mental part of the craving/addiction (the desire to smoke something).

This is the first time ive gone from a pack a day to zero.. Its a lot tougher than weaning yourself down to 1-2 a day first. In retrospect, I probably shouldve prepared for the quit a little better, but Ive already started, so its too late for that. The only acceptable number of cigs now is zero.

LOL She'd be so bummed! Honestly, she is 34 (the oldest of 4 girls), she lives with my other sister, and is single. My sister she lives with is married with kids and I'm sure it sucks for her that two of her younger siblings are married/getting married before her.

id go but after hearing about the whole Bottle thing at ur last one kinda scares me .

on a plus side the past 2 weeks have been good for me ive made over 300 bucks between sellin parts and car detailing. if i can keep this up i wont bother looking for a actual job

Eventually you'd run out of cars to detail and parts to sell. You might need to still find a job.
