that companies "instant website" probably won't move easily... which is the point of letting you build it for free. Best way to lock people in to your company... don't let them leave

thats my plan... i'm going to build and host client's sites... if they want to move on to another developer... then its going to hurt as they're not getting my code

consider TST, relatively small...

if TST is hosted on a server... with say... "busty asians forum" then we're taking a huge hit due to all the image loads and refreshes to the site "busty asians forum".

how much is this premium deal? its probably... no, its definitely going to be cheaper to keep what you've got done and stay with the current company. for me to host, its going to cost $10 a month... plus programming, since what you've got done will not work on my server (most def a different programming language)

I'm just sayin' though, i want to work on more sites so i can build my personal resume and make more money.
If you can do my site, with all the content I already have and can put it on a domain and host it for $100 initially (the cost to register and host the site on this builder now) then you got a deal. I'm far too confused by this stuff.

i can do a year of hosting for a year for $100... but domain registration will need to be taken care of somewhere else... godaddy makes it easy to register a domain and then set it up to be hosted elsewhere...

but building the site... that'll cost more

hmm...$100 + a detail? haha

I want the site to be "better" with the content I already have, and I want to register the domain while getting this up and running by the start of '09. I don't want to go through the trouble/cost of buying the domain and hosting, then not wanting to use the site I built

Well, whatever the appropriate time that is needed, just sometime soon. I just dont want to make my business cards/brochures without a website to tack on without a third party hosting address.

We can definately work something out payment wise, I just don't want to dish out a bunch of money just yet as Im still adding to my inventory just so i dont run out of stuff and of course christmas and car payments. Free details for you is fine with me

i take handjobs...

but, in the spirit of whatever this holiday is anymore... and me needing more sites for my resume... we can work something out... it'll be simple, to keep it quick to do... but... we'll work something out.

hardest part now... getting a design and a site plan together i can't just start programming w/o at least a solid plan... gallery section? product section? services? etc...

the super benefit to me, other than having something for my resume... is that these bits and pieces... i can "sell"... but keep in mind, the stuff you get will be pretty simply built. you're not going to get a gallery that automatically resizes images... so that will be on you, etc... no bells or whistles... but the site itself can be designed any way you like... but not by me , cause i'm not a designer

I would want a photo gallery, for before and after pics. I can handle the resizing/etc.

Services page to describe the details, then the prices either on a seperate page or the same page.

an about page for the "business"

a home page with a brief description and a good way to capture the viewer and lead them to the links

a vehicle care tips page

contact page

Im trying to think of more stuff

I just want something professional, not sophisticated but catchy and at the same time exquisite as some of my customers are very high end

Pretty much your payment is the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping an autistic child or a blind/visually impaired person.

Yes...I get paid for training Service Dogs. Its pretty fun. They live with me full time, in my house.

As Susie mentioned, not everyone gets paid...I'm just that awesome. 12/14 dogs have become Service Dogs that I've trained, (one was dismissed for hip problems and one was dismissed for lack of confidence).
