i need to start doing this. well, at least excersing more. man, i remeber when i got out of boot camp in the navy(2001), i was at 154 pounds at about 6-7% body fat. then i went up and down in weight, when i got to japan(2008) i was at 190. but, i got into MMA, weight lifting and the whole 5-6 small meals a day thing. i dropped to 175, then pop! tore the cartlidge between the lower 2 ribs on my left side. i couldn't work out for 3 months, then i balloned back up to 195.

now that i've been out of the military, going to college and work, i'm at 208

anyways, back on topic. pic of me back in 2004, when they were filming a movie on the ship i was stationed on. It was a disney made for tv movie called "Tiger Cruise" and yes, that is lone star himself

yeah, disney made a movie about the Tiger cruise that happened (i forgot which ship) during 9/11. But, we were in san diego port already, thus why they filmed on our ship.

and yeah, my uniform was crisp cause i thought i had a walk in roll on the movie, come to find out, i didnt
