If you don't mind taking suppelments I had good results with USP labs Oxyelite Pro. Its described as a Super Thermogenic. Basically a better version of zantrax 3, or any of those wieghtloss pills over the counter except the "crash" on Oxy was not felt. Along with taking them I bumped my cardio to 3-5 miles a day 4-5 times a week. I also lifted lighter wieghts and did more of a circut training routine to add a little cardio to my wieght lifting. The Oxy's are only suppose to be used for a 2 months at a time I believe with atleast a month off. It helped suppress my appetite directly after the workout and during the day. But that also had to do with me drinking whey after my workout as well.

I've gotten ben aflack a few years ago and once mark wahlberg when some guy was really drunk.

Lol aw sorry didn't realize it would ruffle anyone's feathers if I thought someone reminded me of someone else.

And yeah Bsaint, maybe it's just that one pic of you but it reminded me of him. My bad if that's offensive.
