i didn't get stuck fortunately. but i did see the accident and got around it very quickly. chick must've nailed the car at a decent speed because she somehow managed to get her car's rear driver quarter mushed against the center divider

I always love to get into **** like that, but you need to have a manual for me to follow because I know nothing about VW's ;) Oh yeah, and I need to get my life under control. I still have to close the pool. The solar panels froze and have several leaks I have to fix and I have to clean up about a billion leaves from the deep end of the pool. All of this hinges on me fixing hte 540 and getting it out of the garage so I can get the lawn mower and other equipment out. And the pool is really getting green.

Yeah I don't even know how but I got stuck in the traffic going eastbound. There was some kind of blockup on route 1 southbound/street road westbound and it completely ****ed the turnpike eastbound. I was over half an hour late. The carnage going westbound on the turnpike was awesome though.

i need some advice. i am trying to buy some tools and put together a tool set of snap-on, mac, or matco tools except they are really expensive brand new. they come up for sale on craiglist and ebay all the time and i could slowly start there.

but what happens to tool boxes when mechanincs cant keep up with payments or when a person in mechanic school drops out? maybe i could find someone that wants to sell parts. any advice?

Best brand in quality is probably Mac Angelo. Snap-On is just as good though. I completely agree, they aren't like Craftsman with how cheap they are.

Buy craftsman. Those tools are only worthwhile if you plan to do it on a daily basis. Otherwise they're just a trophy. If you want that sort of thing well then i guess that's your bag ;) I have no idea how to get them because as I said, I buy and generally love craftsman and harbor freight tools.
