i didn't think about that.. haha. sleep apnea is related to snoring, right? i don't have a snoring issue.. but it's worth looking into. my dad gets sleep apnea at times and he has a crazy snoring problem lol. thanks for the heads up.

Talk about too much alcohol. One night for New Years, it was the first time I ever got drunk. I went to lay on the families house that I stayed at and was so ****ing cold and was so ****ed up. It was bad. I was kind of scared.

That helps too. Sometimes when I sleep over at my girlfriends and her I can feel like we can't get to sleep, I'm like yeah I think I need sex before I go to bed, then poof, I'm out afterwards.

Doug i dont think you are an alcoholic but waking up ealry occurs to most alcoholics. The body needs another dose of alcohol to feel balanced. You were most likely dyhydrated. Your body needed fluids and you woke up to replenish.

snoring is an indicator of sleep apnea, but not a cause. sinus issues like deviated septum, polyps in the sinus', and even a sinus infection restricting air flow can all cause it. SA can be deadly, it killed Reggie White.

My dad has sleep apnea. During his sleep study, on average, he stopped breathing 70 times in an hour. He had his uvula, adenoids and something else removed and uses the mask thing to help him breathe at night. It scares their dog though. haha

I slept awesome last night...for the same reason everyone else gets a good night sleep. I just need to stop going out during the week, I can't handle it. I'm exhausted.

I could never go out during the week. Half the time because I don't have the time for it though. I'm asleep by 11 at least every night.

I was home by 9:15, so it's not like I was out late. I feel old.
