I am getting the wheels powder-coated. I thought that i would be able to use the wheels i took off the 07 subby but the offset is not enough to clear the brake calipers.

Wow, I just found out that the work I am doing on the 540 right now (valley pan gasket) is priced between $6K and $9K at the dealer. No wonder sane non-mechanically inclined people don't own bmw's. To be fair that's just the BMW v8 that is retarded. The i6 is awesome. I signed up for it full knowing what I was getting into though. I still love the car despite the big job.
