Got up at 7:15, took a shower, got dressed to go to work, only to find out I'm off today. FML.

Hit u pa bakery and get fresh 1" cut loaf of sour dough bread.

Here is how I make mine.

Egg, milk, vanilla extract(I use alot because I love the taste), cinnamon(McCormiks make a cinnamon/suger grinder like they do for sea salt/pepper and it is really good), sugar, and real salted butter.

Oh my god, that sounds like its directly from like a diner or something. MMM.

By the way, have been looking at some handyman houses around the area, and there might be one I'm interested in.

Right near my parents house in Malvern. Online it says off the market but there's a sign in front still. Off somewhat of a busy road. Last I saw it was $179k for a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house, and also has a pool. On .038 acres. If the work was done right, could definitely be a $300k+ house, especially around that town.

Are you looking for a business investment or something that you actually plan to live in?

It's something I would actually plan to live in, but if I were to put about $50k into it and nicely put it back together, I could see myself getting in the high 200 range, maybe even 300s, for years to come.
