Honestly don't know how I never seen this thread lol, heres mine past to present.
98 GSX A/,T my first and favorite DSM i've had by far. Bought this one bone stock in 05 and modded/daily drove it for a few years.

91 TSI FWD

90 GSX

MP Solid Mounts came in today. Got a full set for 150 shipped, and the reviews about them on daily driven cars were pretty positive so I too the plunge.

Ha, don't mean to cramp your style. On a side note I will never own another panda 1g. In the same week mine and my buddys panda both spun a rod bearing. Curse of the panda's.

My polys with a BSE and full interior rattle quite a bit. Most of it is from the steering column, so I need to open it up and see exactly what's making the noise.

I'm throwing the 16g back on for a few track days to see if I can break into the 10s on it. Between the extra compression, cams, head, SMIM, re-stalled converter, and weight reduction, I don't see why I can't. After that, we're shooting for 9s on the 6262.

Hey guys, speaking of the curse of the curse of the pandas, My panda finally blew the trans!

Dont think it liked being launched at ~500HP for over 3 years, I think the diff exploded and took out the case.

Anyways I bought a stock trans for now, I am thinking of welding the diff, wondering if you guys know of a shop that does this? I read that the diff has to be heated before it is welded so it doesn't compromise the heat treated gear on it. Let me know! I might pull the diff out tonight.

Tried contacting JNZ or Good Vibes? Chris (just posted the engine shot) knows what's what and JNZ has been in the game a long time, too. How about Carver? Wasn't he working with Dogbox or something?

Dog Box didn't really go out of business...Alex just closed up shop (which he still works out of) because he spends too much time with his other business. He's still around though. If you want to mail me the diff, I can weld it for you.
