When warmer spring days come and summer as well, my parents and I have super yummy veggie sandwich's.
my mom cuts into slices like yellow squash, tomatoes, eggplant, red and yellow bell peppers, cucumber, etc...and marinates them overnight.
my dad grills them, and then we take italian rolls and put mayo on it and some salt and pepper, and whatever veggies out of the stack you want, and make a sandwich.
i love them. its really basic, but i crave them all the time

New here. Figured out some parmesan garlic chicken with the gf the other week.

Melt 1/2 stick of butter, add some garlic powder, onion salt or powder, a pinch of black powder (not necessarily needed), and a pinch of salt if you didn't use onion salt or garlic salt.

Bake / fry your chicken strips or nuggets or whatever. Non battered isn't very good. Spread garlic butter over fresh cooked chicken, sprinkle with parmesan and BLAM bangin chicken strips. Serves best w/ ranch.

we're doing a "St. Patrick was Welsh" party at work, so I need to come up with a welsh-esque but irish inspired stew... preferably using lamb. Any ideas?

Home made Cracker Barrel mac and cheese

Ingredients

* 1 (8-ounce) package elbow macaroni (about 2 cups uncooked macaroni)
* 2 cups milk
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon onion salt
* 2 (10-ounce) blocks sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 4 1/2 cups) and divided*
* 1 cup soft breadcrumbs (4 slices, crusts removed)
* 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well. Set aside.

Place milk, flour, and onion salt in a quart jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously 1 minute.

Stir together flour mixture, 3 1/2 cups cheese, and macaroni.

Pour macaroni mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish or 2 (11-inch) oval baking dishes. Sprinkle evenly with breadcrumbs and remaining 1 cup cheese; drizzle evenly with melted butter.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

I use 1 block sharp orange and one sharp white. If your not going to eat it in one sitting dont add the bread crumbs and butter, it just gets mushy when you reheat it.

I love food. I love creating crazy and unhealthy things to eat even more. So in my free time, I go to Macopin Pizza where I moonlight as a driver, and create things to eat that probably shouldn't be. Here are a few

1. 'The Clogger'

2 Fillets of Fried Chicken
4oz of Cheesesteak
2 Strips of Bacon
4 Slices of American Cheese

The Chicken acts as the bread in this sandwich based on the KFC 'Double Down"

2. 'Parmageddon'

1 Hollowed out 10in Roll
4 Fillets of Fried Chicken
8 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
Sprinkling of Parmesan Cheese
4 Slices of Bacon
Marinara Sauce

"For God so loved to eat.."

Massacre your hunger with this enormous Chicken Parm
For superior satisfaction, add another layer.

3. 'The Convert'

1 Hollowed out 10in Roll (carefully cut the bread out for use later)
6 Slices of Bacon
13 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
Garlic Bread Spread

"For man cannot live on bread alone"

Carefully hollow out the middle of each half of the bread (making sure to save the bread)
Cut up and layer the bottom of each side with 2 slices of Mozzarella Cheese
Cut up 2 slices of bacon and spread them evenly between both sides
Now cut up 4 more slices of Mozzarella and cover the bacon on each side
Place the bread that was hollowed out before back on top of what has been done
Use the Garlic Bread Spread on each side
Place the final 5 pieces of Mozzarella overlapping each half
Spread last 4 slices of bacon on top

I call it my "Arsenal of Awesome" Menu
