If some douche is tailing me I normally will start going the same speed as the car next to me just so they can get all pissed and start speeding themselves. I've done this to cops too, especially on Route 1 by Granite Run Mall. Just cause they're cops or the almighty State Troopers they don't get the right to speed excessively or turn their lights on just to go through a red light and then turn it off.

Not sure if this has already been stated or not, but I didn't feel like reading all of the posts. If the cop that baits you into racing him/her is driving at an excessive speed in an unmarked vehicle without emergency lights on, they are breaking the law as well. Should help you at least reduce the offense when going to court. Police have to follow the laws as well, even though we all know this doesn't always happen. And I don't blame them. If I could get away with driving a cruiser, or an unmarked car, at high speed just because I'm a cop, I'd probably do it to.

Would we all just let this thread die. I already talked to an officer of 20+ years with the same county and a buddy of mine who is a layer. Its entrapment end of story.
