I got pulled over for not stopping fully at a stop sign. I only got a warning. First time ever. I usually get pulled over and always get a ticket

thats how you are supposed to pass. no one really follows this(some people just sit in the left lane ... here : http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=4163168 ) and i wasnt sure they actually enforced it here

i hate people who drive so goddamn slow in the left lane. if your going to drive slow, use the goddamn right lane. thats what its for lol.

what i don't get is, if you can't pass "except in the left lane" than say you are in the middle lane going the speed limit, and the person in the left lane is going slower, do you have to slow down so you don't pass them?

That's right about when I get pissed and tail gate and when they don't move I cut them right the **** off! Road rage ftl but I still can't help it!

no the seat belt ticket isn't, thats why the cop was so "generous" to give me that instead of the passing on the right one.

i would tend to think no on this one. i've done the speed limit, or where i was doing a speed just to stay up with traffic, usually like 65-70 depending on what highway i'm driving on. i also usually utilitize the middle lane, and i'm usually one of the slower cars on the road.

i usually do the same thing. if your driving slow in the left lane, chances are, i'm going to ride your ass until you move over.
