Today is a long day already. Our office AC is all weird, its cold as hell in here. For me to say its cold, it is cold.

After some words from a friend, and talking to friends/family, I am going to be cutting back a lot on that. My eating/drinking habits are the #1 cause of my weight gain, and I have to turn that around.

thats the only reason i stopped drinking during the week. I'm not a big guy, and I don't want to have a big guy belly. so beer waits till the weekend.

"The 710 Cap":

Apparently this feller was in a local car parts shop when a woman walked in and asked for a seven ten cap. Two blokes behind the counter and our hero looked at each other and one said, "What's a seven ten cap?"

She said "You know, it's right on the engine. Mine got lost somehow and I need a new one."

"What kind of a car is it on?" someone asked. She said a Ford.

"How big is it?" She makes a circle with her hands about 3 1/2 inches in diameter.

"What does it do?" She said she didn't know know, but it had always been there.

Someone gave her a note pad and asked her to draw a picture of it. She drew a circle and in the centre wrote 710.

The blokes behind the counter who are looking at it upside down as she writes, fall about laughing and one goes and gets her an oil cap.

Note: write "710" upside down . . .

Hope you guys like those... I sure did.

well, tonight was ****ing insane.

I work right across the street from that Kraft foods plant.

2 of the owners came in, so we couldnt do the usual thursday night hip-hop/dance stuff.

American Muscle is having it's charity car show this weekend. About 450 mustangs are preregistered right now. Come check it out if you have nothing to do. It's at the Kimberton Fairgrounds in Phoenixville. Besides that I'm going to get my mustang cleaned up for that event and then just chilling the rest of the weekend.

Morning all. Not too much planned for the weekend. Working today/tonight, tomorrow doing lunch @ the bar with some friends, then maybe down to the shore for the Dubs on the Boards show. That would be a perfect time for Macks & Mancos, and Sams pizza run......

Macks & Mancos on 9th and boardwalk in OC is open year round, Sams on 26th and boardwalk in Wildwood and closes early october.
