so anyway we were at work yesterday and were sittin there and we see some water so we thought it was rain..we look up and some assclown on the 10th (rough idea) floor is watering the plants on the balcony and all of that **** is coming down on us and everyone else thats standing there...some guy from the party looked up and yelled "cut that **** out!" it was funny i thought cause he was like 70
