I have had plenty of bad break ups...but I've never had one where we went around talking **** on each other. I guess I'm lucky that way, but the break ups are messy enough, any additional drama...I'd rather not have.

Oh wait, i lied. My last boyfriend talked tons of **** on me and made his Facebook profile "About me" about ME and how I'm a bitch lol. But since at the time, he had like 3 friends... I forgot about it.

My ex went out of her way to project her version of the story to everyone I know. I never even bothered to give mine. The people who know me and the people who care about me either dont need to know and dont care to know, or asked me themselves. The ones who just took her side as truth... **** em, I dont need that in my life.

And honestly, how stupid are you to talk **** on somebody that has nudes of you? Like seriously? Not that I'd post them on the internet or anything, but in person.. ill show anyone that asks.

Technology has made life more difficult when it comes to break ups. Everyone being in touch afterwards via FB or message boards leaves a connection even after the relationship is over. Before you would break up, call each other names....and then it was over. Now friends read updates, tweets, posts....etc and the connection never ends.

Its difficult to do but easy to say. Once your done with someone, don't be involved with them anymore. In the end, you will be better off. You move forward with your life and find joy in your new life.

There is my 5 cents of wisdom for thursday.

I agree. I have a bad tendency to get back together with ex's after some time from the breakup has passed, and I just recently vowed never to do that again. If you broke up once, its gonna happen again eventually. Even if my heart wants to rekindle things, i wont let it anymore. When youre done, youre done, whether it be on good terms or bad, I refuse to ever "get back together" with anyone ever again.

Theyre pretty good ones. Shes a 10 in my book. Slightly depressing to think about, I dont pull 10's very often haha. Maybe if I see you at a meet and you recognize me. Just come up and say "hey! show me dat nekkid bitch!"

negative, but i wouldve agreed when I was younger. Current is a very mature (mentally, lol) woman, and we have a very serious relationship. She is 2 years to the day older than me too lol..

I got cheated on by an ex back in april, and dumped by a different girl about a month ago. My luck with women is pretty ****ty right now, but Im gettin used to the single thing, and MAN its way cheaper! hahah

I've been able to get my bike up and running and start buying car parts again since being single. I like that. I try to look at the positives.

I've had my fair share of bad break ups as well. latest one involved the girl telling me shes moving to another country (3rd world country mind you) and asking me to move with her the day after christmas.

another one was after a girl used me for almost a year for everything from a place to stay and money (love is blind, what can i say) and spread my name through the mud, which is why I started www.IHateBigJim.com

I've never had a 10, but i've def had 2 solid 5's.

Being cheated on is probably the worst feeling ever. I wonder how long it takes before you stop feeling like **** over it?

She wasnt a 10 per se, but to me she was. Only relationship ive ever stayed in knowing it would end eventually... stupid stupid stupid. Let myself get attached, still havent gotten over it. Neither has she though, i still get dtf texts sometimes. But at least i know better than to go there again.

Did you have the two solid 5's at the same time? If so, they add together. If not.. well we've all been there.

Yeah Im not the jealous or controlling type, but it seems the last two girls i was with needed to be kept on a short leash to keep em in line. Im not willing to be the "short leash boyfriend," so i let em go. Technically the one that "dumped me" I broke up with. Basically mutual. Im not stressin over whether or not a girl is gonna be faithful- if she cant reassure me enough that ive got nothing to worry about, then ill find someone who will. When Im with somebody, i barely even notice other girls, and the girl that Im with NEVER has to worry about cheating. So i dont think its unreasonable to expect the same in return.

My one actual serious girlfriend years ago I dated for about 3 years, I cheated on because I knew it was going to end soon. Did I regret it? Yes and no because it wasn't going to last much longer. Now I'm with someone great a couple years later who has their head on right and treats me well. I honestly couldn't be happier.

I cheated on an ex when I was 18 for the same reason basically. I knew it was going to end. But even so, the guilt chewed me up. Totally not worth it. I wont cheat again for that reason alone.
