How awful is it to run ONE upgraded seat? I just cant justify paying an extra $500+ for a passenger seat that gets used hardly ever. I know they wont match if i only buy one, but im really considering it. My back hurt after driving last night and usually hurts after anything over an hour; my seat is shot. I put a ton of miles on my car, and a comfy seat would be awesome. Im really focusing on making the interior nicer, since thats what i feel and see while im driving. I think it will really help the "driving experience" over all. Thoughts? Im not getting a wild seat, just a nice upgrade. No fake Brides like a ricer...no racaros lol. Thought?

Your back is killing you cause your miata has nonthing for a rear suspension. When I was behind you on kelly drive every little bump you hit almost sent your rear end flying into the air. I didn't know if your rear end was going to launch off of the road or if you and your gf were going to be ejected from the car. It sits great and i love the stance but anyone's back would bekilling them after an hour in that car.

Well then Racecar Rick, why did my back used to hurt on stock suspension? Maybe its the 200K mile seats? I have travel in the rear, but that road is awful and my cars light. Once I get the new rear top hats in, it should help out. But thats one of the downfalls of having a extremely light car. It feels everything and gets thrown around very easy. Maybe I could add more weight with some neon lighting.

Anyway. I just wanted to man up and apologize for what I did. I was a complete @$$hole. I talked to John today, and told him I was WAY out of line. He and you guys had every right to be mad at me, and what I did/said. Truth be told, I feel really bad about it; as I should. Again man, im sorry for what I said. Just uncalled for, and plain out wrong.

Because you cant judge something when you've seen it on the worst road in the Tri-State. All the rest of the roads, I was fine. But Kelly Drive is a POS 1 lane road lol.

I was behind Dave it didnt look that bad, im no suspension guy by any means but i was hitting those bumps to and nothing could have not been jumping around. I rubbed bad acoupple times on that road... It was fun as hell but that road is horrible. You cant judge someones suspension on a bad road where the pot holes are 1' deep lol

Sorry Rick...but my car isnt even that low in the rear. about .5 inch lower then stock. Right now my rear topmounts are shot, as its taken me some time to gather all the needed parts to put the SPEC (lulz) top hats in. But I have all those parts. In the mean time, I had to run insane amounts of preload and some custom aka ghetto stuff to make my shot OEM tophats work. But soon im going to swap everything in the rear out and put the new stuff in. Then i'll be back in business. The fact is, the seats have been killing me since I bought the car. They are just old, stained and super duper stiff. So an upgrade is wanted, and will be had Im sure once I get the rear tophats fixed the car wont hop as much...and i also plan on avoiding all roads like kelly drive.

I'm sorry if I sounded like I was ragging on your car. You'll have to take me for a quick ride sometime since I've never been in a miata before.
