Just started here.. it feels amazing. I work in an industrial bakery that has three house-sized ovens, and its usually 10 degrees hotter in here than outside on any given day. I cant wait for the cool to make it inside!

Tell me about it. I went from a 36" waist and needing a belt to an 38" with no belt in 2 years. I'm by no means fat, but would love to get rid of the gut. Just don't have the motivation to go to the gym after sitting in the office all day. Its more exhausting doing nothing here then actualy physicial labor.
