thats because even though its a bicycle they still consider it a vehicle; i know this cause when i was a messenger in center city cops chased me down one time for runnin a red light trying to give me a ticket

thats so stupid. i think that since you DONT need a license to ride a bike, therefore you shouldnt be able to get tickets and stuff on them. while on the other hand i was reading in the ask the law thread, you can get away with this in jersery

yeah a lot of it depends on the bicycle cop, but most of them know you can't catch a messenger so they dont try
