Yeah I know. Beach volleyball was what I wanted to watch. When you go to NBC's site it says Thursday even if you select to display it in US time. So it says Thursday at 11pm it's on.

Yeah, the volleyball was on last night at 11. I watched some of it.

Glad to hear US won, last I saw the Chinese were winning.

I think the NBC schedule is retarted. I doesn't show you whats gonna be playing in YOUR time zone. It also displays the times of events of the next day because they are ahead 12 hours.

i was talking to max the security guard at work just now about how much gold medals are worth and if they're all gold or not... found this article which i found was interesting... they're not worth much in raw materials because they're mostly silver with a gold plating... and plenty of other info in the article too...

that closing ceremony makes me wish i did lsd hahaha absolutely messing, but it was an awesome spectacle of fine art.

Really? I thought the Closing was horribly dull. Nothing compared to the opening. I turned it off at one point and just flipped back and forth.

I WAS [really] looking forward to seeing Jimmy page play, and then it occured to me at the last minute that he was probably going to be playing WITH that chick... Sure enough... BAH! He rocks obviously, but that performance SUCKED. (and man he looks old!! lol. I saw him play w/ the Black Crowes a few years ago, and he looked old, but not grandfather-ish)

The bus was stupid, as were the gay dancing and choreography that led up to it.

GREAT Olympics though, best I ever seen.
