haha... went to the gym last night... sore as hell right now. i'm a little guy again, it sucks.

and i was thinking grilled chicken breast with some buffalo sauce... in a wrap. lettuce, tomato, dont know what else. that'd be tasty and healthy if its just grilled chicken.

or maybe i'll be hungry/tired when i get home and not try to get fancy.

and yeah, lately i havent been working out or eating well/enough and my weight just drops back down. for someone who was working hard to gain, its frustrating. trying to get back into it though so i gotta eat eat eat. and could this wrist heal properly? its been at least a month and its still not better, i'm starting to wonder if its not gonna get better.

edit: seriously, look how excited this girl is about these beads... haha

I got this weird bump on my fore arm that can only be felt as it is not visible. It hurts to touch it, it feels like a round blob, but when I flex my muscle it becomes very hard. Wtf?
