mine are destroyed. Had Osgood-Schlatters Disease when i was younger, never let my knees heal properly. Also from sports, screwing my right knee up @ work a long time ago, and oh yeah, being fat. lol

Jim i literally did the same exact thing. I still have knots in knee from that disease.

I want to just start walking on my treadmill. But I have a lot of snapping noises going on in my knees, like around the knee caps. Girlfriend thinks it could arthritis I think she said.

yeah, i hate running as well. but, i still do it. though, i'm stuck at a weight i don't want to be at, and its pissing me off.

Thats what it sounds like. You might want to go see a orthopaedic specialist who specializes on knees. You still young and can still salvage your long term knee health. Or if nothing else you will figure out what is happening in there so you know what you can do in the future.

I feel you all on that,i cant get myself motivated to do anything fitness wise.
I have snapped both ankles,one twice.
Dislocated one knee,the other had muscle entwine itself between my bones so when i walk it smashes it.

But i need to be able to get academy fit

john, thats weird man. When i get home i'll hit up my friend who is a mod and ask him. If you want pm me you ip address and what it said and i'll talk to him

The only clicking rob hears in his knees is when they hit the ground when he sucks peen. He just covers it up with "authritis and tendenitius" lol

Probably.. tendinitis sucks.. i have it now in my right knee. i had a partial tear of my mcl in there years ago.. so im hoping its tendinitis and not related, cuz there's a lot of snowboarding left to do this year :P

Yeah and this past winter is when are starting getting a lot of throbbing pain in them as well, like to the point where I can't walk at all and even when sitting down it would hurt, just total randomness. I'm a little overweight but wouldn't think that much where it would effect me that much.

I hear ya Doug on the snowboarding. I want to go skiing this year, but we will see what a doctor would say.

You might want to go see a orthopaedic specialist who specializes on knees. You still young and can still salvage your long term knee health. Or if nothing else you will figure out what is happening in there so you know what you can do in the future.
