oh **** where can i get one? in pink preferably!
Yea a few friends swung out there, by the time I came everyone was leaving. I stayed because cops weren't there anymore, he came back 10 mins after and said the next warning would be on paper so we went to applebees across the street hoping to see someone doing something stupid in the lot but nothing happened.

The sticker was given out at BlownEuros this past Sunday so I put a pink one on the car. It was originally Blown @ Euros (@ being the turbo) so I just used half. I have no more though.

Haha. You should have seen my car at the actual show. When I walked away they started putting stickers all over the damn thing. Here is them vandalizing in the process.

They are Series 117 - S Style wheels aka Saleen Replicas.

idk, i looked back through the pics, and i like the angle shots much better. from the side they look thin. idk...

and you already did that to one car, no need to do it to another. we all get to have our one riced out car to contribute(except ricky, hes had 2)

Anyway. I just wanted to man up and apologize for what I did. I was a complete @$$hole. I talked to John today, and told him I was WAY out of line. He and you guys had every right to be mad at me, and what I did/said. Truth be told, I feel really bad about it; as I should. Again man, im sorry for what I said. Just uncalled for, and plain out wrong.

Saleen wheels look better on Saleens...

The replicas always look sort of silly too because whatever the replica company that's making them put their stupid logo in the center cap, on Cobras and Mustangs you can swap that center cap out for a snake or a little horsie though

So you're saying the wheels look thin on the side? Are you talking about the spoke thickness?

Oh, and the Eclipse is getting dericed really quickly. lol. Stock bumper next week! w00t!

I'm sure they look great on Saleens, but they are definitely better than stock 3000GT wheels. They are also wider. With the replicas that are on my car, you can swap out the center cap, but it would be stupid for me to have a cobra/horse on them. I was going to put a Mitsubishi logo in the center, but I couldn't find a set in time.

Saleen replicas are extremely popular wheels with the Stealth/3000GT crowd, because they flow very well with the rest of the car, they look great and they are very inexpensive for the type of wheel you get.

BTW Art, the car looks good. was just telling someone ive never looked at it in person, just pix. I like the last set you posted a while ago...I think VinnyMac took them? One of you driving around a corner IIRC. The only thing I dont like about the wheels is the absurd weight. But I guess if your making enough power, it doesnt matter

Dude, DEFINITELY do the tri star logo in the center cap, that will set them off perfectly. The Cobra wheels always look ok with the regular snake center cap but when people put in the R center cap with the snake and the red R which is what mine have it looks SO much better, something about the red really works there.

It still does matter though because of all the extra unsprung weight they're adding which makes a car ride like poop, but they are definitely cheap so what the hell

Most of them but not all, you could just get all the aero and suspension bits, but at that point why not just go whole hog and have another 150+ horsies bolted on.

i almost bought an 03 saleen supercharged stang, she was white with the blue accents.

Anyway my timing belt should be delivered tomorow. If it comes before 1ish i will have time to get the timing belt to the mechanics. if not i will have to wait till my next day off next tuesday, i was supposed to have thrusday off but i volunteered to work to bump be into another over time week. If i get the timing belt over tomorrow it should be going back to the body shop mid next week. If i dont get it tomorrow were looking at sometime around the 20th, the body shop still has to order the front end i believe and alot of other misc ****. im hoping they only take two weeks with the car.

Dave, here's a thread with more info than you can shake a stick at about aero and specifically a bunch of info on diffusers...

that's a dumb statement from him considering ferraris are one of the most aerodynamic cars i've seen especially the F50. i believe most of the later model Ferraris had a CD of less than 0.45. Bet I blew some of your guys mind with that one uh? you guys think i'm all looks and donuts....LOL
