Not sure if I'm alone on this or not....but we don't need that nonsense here. The first thing the cops asked us when they pulled up last week was if there any money being exhanged.

Yeah he'd be trouble to reel in.

Actually, I'd like to see your car run with either of those two H/C C5 Z06s that showed up. Do you run it at Atco? Or roadcourses?

I'll stop over next Tuesday (if I'm not fried after the track day) - wanted to check out your ride.

Yeah if we want this to last we need to keep the egos in check. As I was leaving, a yellow Neon SRT-4 wanted to play getting on 295 S.

3 Problems:

1. Don't want to attract unwanted attention to the meet.
2. I think if I get one more ticket, I'm in traffic school or possibly walking to work for 90 Days
3. My exit was the next exit.

What a dumbass, he should have known better that Vettes owners are just old guys who just give u a funny look if u pull up next to them!

If theyre on the stock shortblock N/A it'd be a waste of time for the Supra. A stroker c5 should put up a decent fight tho with the weight advantage.

Gotta love the T56. Even my car does well on the highway.

Aw Drew that hurts - I may have gray hair...it may be getting thin, but please do not lump me into the older waxer Vette owners. You won't catch me wearing my leather bomber coat with a C5 emblem on it with my matching Corvette hat, shirt and pants. And I have no gold chains.

Once the Vette gets paid off, she is one her way to track car conversion.

Whats the Surpa pulling at the wheels, and what kind of 1/4 mile time? I'd like to see that bad boy run. Both those Z06's are set up for roadcoarses.

Yeah the gas mileage is surprisingly good.

To answer your question, I haven't taken it to the track with the new upgrades, plus I just suck at lauching the damn thing. Last time I took it, it ran an 11.3 at 133. with like a 1.9 60ft. It was around 590rwhp back then. I'm sure it's much faster now, but I still have the stock driveshaft on it, and I already twisted my first one to hell(buddy let me have his stock one afterwards)
right now it's making around 740rwhp give or take a few. I actually enjoy highway action, and enjoy driving the car as much as possible.

If you want to set up races for money, please do it somewhere else. Like Drew said the cops have already been by (actually I've seen them swing by every week) and the first thing they asked was if any money was being exchanged. It's nothing against you personally, it's just that a lot of us look forward to this meet all week and would hate to see it ruined because of something silly.

I envy you LS1/T-56 guys Mod motors aren't quite as fuel conscious...

Racing is a bad enough idea but racing for money is just dumb. The cops will shut this down so quick. Please lets not even talk about racing let alone money races.

What do you have done to your bike?

Thats nice!!! And now worries I suck at launching too. Roadcourses are more my thing.
