This will work perfectly, another one or two degrees of camber and a roll will set you up looking raw as hell. Make the car fit the wheels!!

yeah i kept thinking my rear camber was maxed at -1.4, which is true... but i'm thinking backwards and thats actually the most positive i can get it. i can get another degree or two more negative. i'd really like to not go past -2 though for wear/handling purposes... i need more neg camber in the front than the rear if i want the car to ever rotate!
this cars primary purpose is to rip, not to look good (duh! its a subaru ). function over form, so we'll see if i can pull off both, but if not...

what do you mean? 0 toe all around and its going to stay that way, but i think running -3 front and -2 rear camber on a car that spends 98% of the time on the street is starting to push it a bit.

hahahah.... pete, if you pulled out your sawzall and cut these wheels in half right down the middle i'm still not sure you could fit them without rubbing

Generally lowering your car then not readjusting your toe is what affects tire wear far more than camber. Talk to Wissasss or whatever his name is about suspension setup, I guarantee he could give you more reasons behind it then I can myself.

Read the wide tire thread on Nasioc. Kids are pushing 295's all day stock fenders, not rubbing a bit.

its not the tires all the time D, its the wheels. And running -10 camber might work but it wont....work.

-7 degrees of camber, 0 toe, 0 caster, daily driven and almost even tire wear. I'm lookin for the pic after 1000 miles, this may be close to it, but there is one post where he comes out and says how longs its been. Yes -7 is extreme, but if you get your toe and caster reset to 0 with the drop, its gonna wear pretty good, especially with only -2 to -3

And yes I know thats hella extreme for AWD, buts its just to push you to the only -2 or -3 youll need to fit those wheels without any issues at all.

of course it rubs, but less than you would think, but i only posted it to show that a measly -2 or -3 can be daily driven without a worry.

I'm sure you do, I don't have a good idea of how Subaru rear suspensions adjust to camber, it may rub on the strut, it may not? It just seems that the camber can be run to avoid rubbing, Troll just doesn't want to for tire wear and handling purposes. Both of which are not a major deal as long as the surrounding alignment specs are set up properly as well. When you drop a car the toe adjusts just a bit as well, but if it gets setup afterwards then tire wear is hardly a concern, even for daily driving.

And the s-chassis's could blow the Signature D-Money Tuck away! lol I'll restrain from cluttering this thread with that tho

yeah i think its important to keep in mind that i like to keep things within reason... no project mu brakes, no brides, no custom paint jobs... wait, i feel like someone on here has all of those things, cant put my finger on it though.
seriously though, they're just wheels. i'll roll the fenders and look into adding a little more camber, but i'm not going to compromise the handling of my car or drive around like a little girl because i'm afraid that i'm going to rub because of my wheels/tires. i need to be able to drive the piss out of my car and have it perform to the fullest, even if it compromises my mad tyte looks.
soooooo, we'll see. if the wheels dont work out then they dont, whatever. not gonna worry about it until after i roll the fenders. hopefully i'll be able to get that done sometime this week.

Just sayin talk to Wiisass, (R/t, or Import Intelligence also) b/c he definitely knows his stuff about all suspension and alignment settings. I just want you to fit those wheels and be satisfied with them, and I'm like 90% sure you can without sacrificing anywhere, a roll usually goes a long way. I rub and thrash my tires right now, but as soon as I get my roll I know for a fact they will fit, clear everything, and handle really damned well.

plus negative camber is really useful in most anything where handling is involved, and without enough of it, as your suspension compresses in a turn your actually losing contact patch, therefore losing grip in the process. Extreme camber is mostly detrimental to braking, which shouldnt be a concern with only -3 or those new Brembos behind the wheels.

But hope no matter what you do, they fit, b/c they look good!
