Not drinking enough water (2 qts+/day), too much salt, foods with high oxalate levels (apples, yogurt, coffee, soda, cheese, etc.), too much protein, not enough magnesium or potassium......

Mommy has had 2 kidney transplants, so that's why I know this stuff.

My last pair of glasses were run over by a car. So they were not only bent to hell, but scratched. I went about a year with them like that, since I couldn't get new glasses yet under my insurance. It sucked.

My horse in 8th grade picked up my glasses (they were on top of my head, holding my hair back) and she took them right off my head and dropped them into the water bucket attached to the fence she was posted on. Then for the next 20 minutes she decided to play "bob for apples" with my glasses! grr
